Tracy's is not responsible for any damages beyong curb or any damage off of public roads. It will be at our driver's discretion as to where he is able to dump or spread a load. There are many factors including the ground itself, rain, trees, power lines, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

Tracy's has a NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY once the transcation is completed it is considered final.

Customer Responsibility for Natural Stone Inspections

It’s crucial for us here at Tracy’s to emphasize the customer’s responsibility to inspect the materials before purchasing.

1. Natural stone is unique: being a product of nature, each piece will have variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining. Not every load is the same.

These are not flaws: Frame these variations as part of the stone's natural beauty, not imperfections.

For example; things like dry seams, pits, and fossils are natural characteristics.

Samples provide an idea of the stone's overall characteristics, but the actual stone delivered may differ.

2. Importance of Inspection of Natural Stone before purchasing:

The customer is 100% responsible: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the stone before fabrication or installation.

You will need to ensure you like the overall appearance and characteristics of the stone.

Exchanges or returns are not possible: Here at Tracys we have a "no return" “no exchange” policy for natural stone.

4. Implications of Not Inspecting:

Potential for dissatisfaction: Customers who don't inspect may be unhappy with the stone's appearance after it's installed.

5. Recommended Best Practices:

We Encourage customers to view the natural stone before purchasing and especially before installation.

Discuss with your installer: We advise customers to discuss the stone you have picked out with your contractor/installer before installation. Even plan a trip with you contractor/installer to come inspect the stone you are interested in prior to purchasing.

Tracy’s empower customers to make informed decisions about their natural stone purchase and mitigate potential issues or disputes as it is the customer’s full responsibility.
